To keep up with all the latest MCR events, including times and locations, you can add our official calendar to your own. Here’s how:
1. View Online You can always see the most up-to-date calendar on the MCR website:
2. Subscribe to the Calendar Get all events automatically added to your personal calendar.
For Google Calendar:
Simply click this link to add the MCR calendar directly to your Google account: Add to Google Calendar
For iCal (Apple) or Outlook:
Use this link to subscribe. On your phone, you can just click it. On a computer, you may need to copy and paste it into the "Subscribe from Web" or "Add Calendar from Internet" URL field:

Important: Please make sure you subscribe using the link above, rather than downloading the file. Subscribing ensures you receive all future updates automatically!
3. Add Your Event to the MCR Calendar Want to get your event on the official calendar for everyone to see?
Open your own Google Calendar and create your event.
In the "Add guests" field, invite the calendar by pasting this address: c_2936f51b85468a5aa71eb846609ff68329dd4e3261d7031a25b55cc3dad76d3e@group.calendar.google.com
Your event will then appear on the main MCR calendar.
This includes events that are closed to the MCR as this is the official calendar for academic committees that pertain to the leadership of the college. Note that the MCR only represents MCR at the following committees. If you require matters to brought to the attention of any of these committees, please email president@emmamcr.org.uk.
