Facilites

There are two computer rooms in College, which contain PCs running Windows XP. Additionally, some graduate rooms have Internet connections (see the
accommodation section of this website for more information). Passwords are handled centrally by the University Computing Service; new students should
automatically be allocated an account.
The MCR is a large room inside the Queens' Building, set aside for graduates. It is accessible 24 hours a day and contains a television, newspapers, facilites
to make tea/coffee, and a collection of board games.
Emma library is intended for undergraduates but graduates are entitled to use it as well. Out of term, the key can be obtained from the Porters' Lodge.
All graduates must register with a doctor in Cambridge. However, for minor health problems, the college has a sick bay located at the base of E Staircase.
Opening times are posted on the noticeboard in the Porters' Lodge.
Students can have up to 12 lb of laundry cleaned free of charge in the college laundry every week. Washing is dropped off in the laundry in the basement of
the hostel at the back of college (by Parker St) and can be picked up two days later. All clothes are washing at 40 degrees and tumble-dried. The minimum
weight of laundry bags is 7 lb.
For garments not suitable for the college laundry service there are three washing-machines in North Court that can be booked using a form in the Porters'
Lodge. One of the washing machines is for the use of graduates only.
There is some sporting equipment available in the MCR, such as a football. The College squash courts are next to East Court and can be booked in the
Porters' Lodge.
